New construction is always more fun as it comes together quickly. Renovations often mean the messy work of gutting a room, or taking away damaged materials, before you can replace them and make it all look as good as new.

In fact, it often takes greater skill and resourcefulness to do renovational work than to do new construction.

There are times you need to remodel parts of your home or building. The old stuff has to be taken out and new put in. Or if you have an older home and it is full of faults and failures, a perfect restoration may be impossible, but Gary can take out the bad and build in new rooms or features.
